This policy describes how AOF Engineering Systems (“AOF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with this website and communications you initiate with us. It also explains choices and privacy rights that may apply where you live. It does not cover separate products or websites unless they link to or adopt this policy.

01
This policy applies to information collected through aofenggsys.com, including when you browse the site, use its contact features, or communicate with us about our services. Different notices may apply to information processed through a separate AOF product or service.
“Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to an individual or household, as defined by applicable law. We process it for the purposes described below and as otherwise permitted by law.
02
Information you provide. When you send an inquiry by contact form, email, or other communication, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, subject, company details if you provide them, and the message or other information you choose to include. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your inquiry.
Technical and usage information. When you visit the site, our systems and service providers may receive information such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, pages requested, referring URL, timestamps, and server or diagnostic logs. The information collected can depend on your browser settings and the third-party features you use.
Third-party feature information. If you use the contact form or chat feature, the relevant service providers may process information needed to provide those features, such as interaction content and technical data. See Third-Party Websites and Services.
03
We collect information directly when you submit a contact form or otherwise communicate with us. We and our providers may also collect technical information automatically through web server logs, browser storage, cookies, pixels, or similar technologies used to operate site features, maintain security, and understand interactions.
Third-party features may collect information directly from your browser when a page loads or when you interact with them. Those providers' own privacy notices describe their practices and controls.
04
We may use personal information to respond to inquiries, provide requested business information, communicate about our services, operate and maintain the website, troubleshoot issues, protect the site and users from security incidents or fraud, evaluate and improve our services, and comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
07
We do not operate a business that sells personal information for payment, and this website is not designed to deliver targeted advertising. Some U.S. privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly, including certain disclosures to third parties for their own purposes. The legal treatment of information handled by embedded services can depend on their configuration and use.
If you are entitled to opt out of a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law, you may contact us using the details below and identify the request you wish to make. We will review and respond as required by the law that applies to you. We do not knowingly use this website to profile individuals for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
08
This site includes links and features provided by other organizations. It loads Google Fonts and Google reCAPTCHA, includes an Aminos AI chat widget, and sends contact form messages through Brevo. Some pages may also load third-party content, such as a QR-code image service. These providers may receive technical information from your browser, and interactive services may receive information you submit through them.
We do not control third parties' privacy practices. Please review the applicable provider notices before using their features. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and are governed by those websites' own policies.
09
Depending on your state of residence, the type of information, and whether the relevant law applies to AOF, you may have rights to know or access personal information, obtain a portable copy, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, or opt out of certain processing such as targeted advertising, sale, or profiling. Some rights are subject to exceptions and verification.
To exercise a right, email sales@aofenggsys.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject and describe the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within the time and manner required by applicable law. If we deny a request, you may appeal where the law gives you that right by replying to our decision and asking for an appeal.
You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We may require proof of the agent's authority and may verify your identity directly. Exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.
10
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, “CCPA”), if the law applies to AOF and the information at issue. These rights may include knowing/accessing, correcting, or deleting personal information, receiving a portable copy, and opting out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, subject to statutory definitions and exceptions.
We do not knowingly exchange personal information for money. We do not use this website to deliver targeted advertising as a business function. If you believe information about you has been sold or shared as those terms are defined by California law, or you wish to exercise a CCPA right, contact sales@aofenggsys.com. We will assess the request under applicable law and provide any required response. We do not discriminate against consumers for exercising CCPA rights.
For official information about California privacy rights, visit the California Attorney General's CCPA resource.
11
Residents of other U.S. states may have similar rights under state privacy laws when those laws apply to the resident, the information, and AOF. The rights, exemptions, response deadlines, and appeal procedures vary by state and may change over time. To make a request, use the contact method in this policy and tell us your state of residence and the right you are seeking to exercise.
12
Some browsers or extensions can send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Where applicable law requires us to honor a recognized opt-out preference signal for a covered activity, we will process it as required. Because legal obligations depend on our practices and the applicable law, you may also contact us directly to submit an opt-out request.
13
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not intentionally request personal information from children under 13 through this site. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us using the details below so we can review the matter and take appropriate action consistent with applicable law.
14
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. The safeguards used depend on the nature of the information and the way it is handled.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you should take care when sending information online.
15
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to you, maintaining business records, protecting the website, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary with the type of information and the reason it was collected. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or otherwise handle it as permitted by law.
16
Our website and service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you are located. Where required, we take steps intended to provide appropriate protections for cross-border processing.
17
We may use the contact details you provide to respond to your inquiry or send information you request. If we send promotional email, you can ask us to stop by using an unsubscribe option included in the message, if available, or by emailing sales@aofenggsys.com. We may still send non-promotional messages about an active inquiry or other service-related matter.
18
Send a request to sales@aofenggsys.com and include your name, the email address or other contact detail you used with us, your state of residence, and a clear description of your request. Do not include government identification numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information in your initial email.
We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity and locate relevant records. We will use verification information only for that purpose, subject to applicable law. Where a request is made through an authorized agent, we may request evidence of authorization and verification from you.
19
We may update this policy when our website, services, or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when this version was revised. If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will provide any notice required by law.
20
For privacy questions or requests, contact AOF Engineering Systems using the business contact details published on our website. We have not designated a separate privacy contact.
